Before launching his own company, Rich spent 10 years working within the museum sector, where he specialized in public engagement, collections, and taking the practical archaeology and making deep meaningful impact with it. This deep-rooted background in public history allows him to bridge the gap between rigorous archaeological fieldwork and meaningful community impact. Today, he provides comprehensive archaeological services, combining technical precision with a unique understanding of how we preserve and present the past. He has a unique combination of experiences in archaeological fieldwork, experimental reconstruction, public engagement and the national planning process.
